Glowy Skin Hacks That WON'T Break the Bank

Skin hacks that have ACTUALLY been working for me...

I don't believe using one expensive skincare product is going to change my skin. Who wants to spend hundreds on skincare products? I love focusing on my internal health to help my skin, that glow from within look. And you just feel better overall.

Also, side note, I still struggle with hormaonal acne around my chin especially around that time of the month. It gets so frusturating. But, this month I've been adding new things into my routine for my skin and I seriously notice a difference. My skin is hydratedI don't believe in a single product changing my skin overnight.

Probiotics

I used to take probiotics religiously when I was focusing on healing my gut. I stopped taking them when I was trying to really save money lol. But, recently I've been trying to change my mindset and focus on taking care of my body. I feel so much better when I eat whole foods, exercise, and actually take care of myself.

I ordered Seed probiotics on Black Friday because they were having a sale. Since taking them I see a difference in my skin along with other factors. I've heard such amazing things about Seed. The case is aesthetically pleasing and it comes with a cute travel case. I'll link it here.

It helps with bloating, inflammation, and your overall gut health.

Icing My Face

The cheapest skincare hack. I've post this almost every morning on my Instagram story. (Almost) every morning I take a large metal bowl and fill it with water and lots of ice. I out my face in it for about 5 seconds, about five times.

It's amazing for so many resaons. It wakes me up INSTANTLY. I also get puffy in my face, especially under my eyes. When I ice my face it helps with that puffiness and inflammation. Also, if you drink a little too much the night before it helps to get rid of your headache and help with that puffiness.

Celery Juice

The past couple weeks I've been dedicated to drinking celery juice every morning on an empty stomach. It's actually such a cheap way to get a healthy boost in the morning. I get a pack of celery at Aldi for less than a dollar.

I use this Ninja Juicer. It's compact, easy to clean, and store.

I mix it with fresh ginger root, 2 lemons, and an orange. It lasts me two mornings. It's packed with antioxidants and Vitman C. It also helps keep me hydrated. My skin has been more glowy and dewy since I've started drinking this each morning!! Also, if I forget to drink enough water during the day I at least know I had my celery juice hahah.

Okay so those are my recent glowy skin tips. I hope these tips are helpful for you!! I want to provide tips that are actually affordable and help in more ways than one.

Let me know what you want to hear next <333
