I can't tell you how excited I am to start this blog + share all my favorite things. So a little back story... I graduated highschool four years ago, I skipped the whole college thing and went on a five month missions trip to Mexico where I gained over 20 pounds and came home to my skin completely covered in breakouts. I was so inflamed and puffy. That whole situation is for another post lol where I'll share pictures and all the details. After that I had to get serious on healing my skin, my gut, and losing the weight I gained. Since then I tried college for two years, waitressed, worked a 9-5, and moved to Texas to do door to door sales. All this led me to starting my spray tanning business, TikTok, and my blog. So let's get into it...

Why The Aureum Glow Blog

To be honest I've lacked community since moving to a new state. I miss being with my girl friends talking about our relationships, favorite makeup + skincare products, clothes, and wellness things. I share a lot on TikTok, but I want to get more real and get deep. Let's talk about the things not many people feel comfortable talking about...birth control, anxiety, feeling depressed, friendships, body image, relationship struggles, etc. But also skincare, makeup, how to improve our lives, lifestyle + wellness tips, routines and how to GLOW.

Why Aureum Glow Spray Tanning

The whole spray tanning idea came about because I was considering getting one before my Bachelorette. The only place I knew to get one was Palm Beach Tan. I asked my friends if they've ever gotten one before and the overall feedback was that they turned out orange. So I thought that was too risky because the last thing anyone wants is to be looking orange. I thought wait what if I could just start spray tanning because there has to be other girls out there that want to get a spray tan. I don't know about you, but my confidence goes up like ten times higher when I'm tan. I want others to feel confident, bronzy, and especially GLOWY. So I ordered the equipment and went for it. My spray tans are customized to fit all different skin tones and will leave you glowing + bronzy. I'm obsessed with how the color turns out!!!
